THE RAPTOR PROJECT

OWNERSHIP
IGO 100%

LOCATION
The Raptor Project is located approximately 400km northwest of Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

TARGETING
Nickel (Ni), Copper (Cu), Cobalt (Co)

PROJECT DETAILS

The Raptor Project is an early stage, belt-scale project targeting large nickel-copper-cobalt discoveries, in geology interpreted to be similar to what is present on the Fraser Range. IGO controls 100% of this project which extends over approximately 17,000 km2.

The Raptor Project covers the Willowra Gravity Ridge (WGR) in the south-eastern Tanami Province of the Northern Territory. The WGR is a prominent gravity anomaly defining the southern margin of the Northern Australian Craton, and represents a deep lithospheric domain boundary. Furthermore, prospective mafic-ultramafic intrusions with the potential to host magmatic Ni-Cu sulphides have been interpreted over a relatively unexplored strike length of 300km along the WGR confirming the potential of the Raptor Project.

With the benefit of our extensive experience at Nova and the Fraser Range, IGO is in an enviable position to effectively and efficiently screen the opportunity at Raptor.

COPPER COAST - SOUTH AUSTRALIA

OWNERSHIP
IGO 100%

LOCATION
The Copper Coast Project is located approximately 200km north-west of Adelaide, South Australia and is accessed by sealed road to Port Pirie and Augusta.

TARGETING
Copper (Cu), Cobalt (Co)

PROJECT DETAILS

The Copper Coast Project is a 100% owned early stage base metals opportunity located in the Gawler Region of South Australia – Australia’s premier copper province. IGO’s generative exploration group identified this region as having similarities to the Kamoa copper district in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which hosts the world-class Kamoa-Kakula copper deposit currently being developed by Ivanhoe Mines. There are also synergies with Gairdner magmatic nickel-copper and Olympic Dam-style IOCG (iron-oxide-copper-gold) deposits, which IGO will be assessing in future work programs.

IGO would like to acknowledge and pay respects to Traditional Owner groups whose land we are privileged to work on, and whose input and guidance we seek and value within the operation of our business. We acknowledge the strong, special physical and cultural connections to their ancestral lands.
