The Company achieved relative TSR performance over the 3 year period to 30 June 2018 of 25.1% which resulted in 50.6% of the 2015 Series Performance Rights vesting and ordinary shares issued. The balance of the 2015 Series Performance Rights lapsed and were cancelled. Note: The relative TSR performance condition of the share rights granted in FY16 (which were due to vest on 1 July 2019) was tested post 30 June 2019. This resulted in a relative TSR performance for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2019 of less than the 50th percentile of the comparator group and as such all performance rights lapsed and were cancelled.
