In FY21, we refined our sustainability model, built on seven pillars, to drive engagement and performance across the Company. We recognise sustainability and ESG issues are connected; they are part of a system that is constantly evolving. This model highlights the interconnectedness of each of these pillars in achieving our overall business strategy and delivering the products needed for a clean energy future in a safe, ethical, reliable, and environmentally and socially conscious manner.
